		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more on this topic The &quot;80-20&quot; Rule. Thats why when I bartend i always keep a smile, cause no matter how bad the night is you knever know when that  one customer is going to make your night and if he/her comes to you and your rub them the wrong way... well let&#039;s just say your night is gonna end the same way. On the other hand even if it&#039;s last call for alcohol and you make that last effort to serve that customer as if  they were the first! Then you just might get lucky, cause you put in your extra 20% and they tipped you an extra 80%.
Good looking out for our fellow bartenders there is alot of good business out there and alot of money to be made that&#039;s why we should stick together and respect all bartenders united!
