Wanna know a COOL trick?! This Bartender “Game” that you can play with yourself will increase service and tips in little no time! Stop saying “What can I get you?” Or any variation of the question!
You want to REMOVE yourself from the “servant” position and show yourself as an entertainer! Instead, when a new guest approaches your bar, ask how they are doing, compliment them on their new shirt, or strike up a conversation. Let them tell you what they want when they are ready! Try it, you will be amazed by the Instant Rapport it builds!
